Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25. This applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on your shipping address and chosen method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states)
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for express shipping
- APO/FPO military addresses are supported via USPS
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@minivibeco.online. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended by 1-3 business days due to carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
